Description Office Button on Microsoft Office Word 2007

Description Office Button on Microsoft Office Word 2007 as follow :



Click symbol Microsoft Office Word 2007 on the top left corner

Component in Office Button :

- New
- Open
- Save
- Save As
- Print
- Prepare
- Send
- Publish
- Close
- Word Optins and Exit Word

NEW :
Create New Document -> Click Office Button -> click New -> Click Blank Document and click button create
Tips New Document with = Press together ( Ctrl + N )

OPEN :
Open Document -> Click Office Button -> click Open -> select file document and click Open
Tips Open Document with = Press together ( Ctrl + O )

SAVE :
Save Document -> Click Office Button -> click Save -> type name file document and click Save
Tips Save Document with = Press together ( Ctrl + S )

SAVE AS :



Save as Document -> Click Office Button -> click Save-as -> type other name file document and click Save
Tips Save as Document with = Click symbol Microsoft Office Word 2007 on the top left corner and Press ( A )

PRINT :



Print Document -> Click Office Button -> click Print


Printer -> Name select use printer
All : Select All Print All pages
Current Page : Select Current Page Just 1 Print is cursor in page
Pages : Select Pages print with number page ex : 1-10, 11,13,15 etc

Tips Print Document with = Press together ( Ctrl + P )

PREPARE :



Properties :
View and edit document properties, such as Title, Author, and Keywords.

Inspect Document
Check the document for hidden metadata or personal information

Encrypt Document
Increase the security of the document by adding encryption

Restrict Permission
Grant people access while restricting their ability to edit, copy, and print

Add a Digital Signature
Ensure the integrity of the document by adding an invisible digital signature

Marks as Final
Let readers know the document is final and make it read-only

Run Compatibility Checker
Check for features not supported by earlier versions of Word.

SEND :



E-mail :
Send a copy of the document in an e-mail message as an attachment

Internet Fax
Use an internet fax service to fax the document

PUBLISH :



Blog :
Create a new blog post with the content of the document

Document Management Server :
Share the document by saving it to a document management server

Create Document Workspace :
Create a new site for the document and keep the local copy synchronized

CLOSE :
Close the document
