Function Menu Home at Microsoft Office Word 2007

Paste = (Ctrl + V)
Paste the contens of the clipboard

Cut = (Ctrl + X)
Cut the selection from the document and put it on the clipboard

Copy = (Ctrl + C)
Copy the selection and put it on the clipboard

Format Painter (Ctrl + Shift + C)

Menu Home Format Font



Menu Home Format font : font, font size, grow, shrink font and clear formatting


- Font (Ctrl + Shift + F): Change the font face
- Font size (Ctrl + Shift + P) : Change the font size
- Grow font (Ctrl + >) : increase the font size
- Shrink font (Ctrl + <) : Decrease the font size
- Clear formatting : Clear all the formatting from the selection, leaving only the plain text.

Menu Home : Bold, Italic, Underline, Strike through, Sub Script, Change Case, Text Highlight Color and font color


- B = Bold (Ctrl + B) : Make selected text bold
- I = Italic (Ctrl + I) : Italicize the selected text
- U = Underline (Ctrl + U) : Underline the selected text
- Strike through : Draw 2 line through the middle of the selected text
- Sub Script = (Ctrl + =) : Create small letters below the text baseline
- Super Script = (Ctrl + Shift + +) : create small letters above the line. To create a footnote, click insert footnote on the reference tab.
- Change Case : Change all the selected text to UPPERCASE, lower case or others common capitalizations
- Text highlight color : Make take like it was make with a highlighter pen
- Font Color : Change the text color
